Donna J. Schroeder, PharmD
Dr. Schroeder has a PharmD from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Her clinical emphasis is in oncology, but she has a vast array of experience in many therapeutic areas. After completing two years of residency at UCSF, Donna joined the faculty and ran the Drug Information Analysis Service and was a preceptor for both students and residents on the General Medicine service. During this time she wrote and edited scientific papers, a journal column, and handbooks for pharmacy and nursing practitioners.
Donna has experience in translating preclinical work into clinical commercialization with her expertise in trial design, biostatistical analysis, and outcomes research. She stays abreast of current clinical developments that may impact drug design and delivery. Two of her most recent passions are the use of biomarkers to identify proper targets in drug development and helping her clients evaluate biosimilar products in a branded marketplace. Donna also has experience working with major institutions as well as small biotech firms to achieve optimal success of getting the attention for grant proposals such as R01s (NIH) and Small Business Innovation Research grants. Her drive is to assist in producing a grant that convinces the reviewers it deserves to be funded. Donna works with the P4S team to ensure all team members learn from each other, share experiences, and collaborate so that the end goal of complete client satisfaction is achieved.
